This dress doesn't look like much on the rack...
But this is why I bought it last weekend:
Dress: thrifted ($4)
Belt: thrifted ($1)
Shoes: Rack Room ($12)
I think it was a good purchase. Good vintage finds are the best. :) And yet again, an under $20 outfit!
