I got this skirt from Goodwill a couple of months ago because I really liked the pattern. It was awkwardly too long and I finally got around to fixing that last week. I simply took up the hem by about 6 inches and used the excess fabric to make a bow for the waist. This project was similar to another Goodwill skirt refashion that I did last year. Different skirt, same concept.
